Description


  • Create & Implement Digital Solutions that drive Commercial Excellence & New Business opportunities.
  • Execute data analysis, market knowledge and competitive analysis that drives profound market understanding and identify growth opportunities for Corteva’s different business models, report and apply findings and insights.
  • Develop solutions that create added value for our customers, ensuring the correct coverage, and providing the necessary tools to differentiate our sales force in the industry.
  • Diagnose and implement adjustments and / or new attention models to optimize our RTM of our different business models, ensuring that the level of coverage, effectiveness & service is improved.
  • Purpose ways to increase productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, drive profitable & sustainable market share growth by developing processes, tools and metrics including GTM strategies, service-oriented initiatives, performance & territory management.
  • Support commercial teams with Demand Generation Planning, including analysis and activities guidelines.
  • Define and optimize Corteva’s account / territory planning, sales process(es), opportunity pursuit, and sales performance management processes.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Marketing, Business, MBA or related graduate studies preferred.
  • Strong Agricultural knowledge & Industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant in Ag marketing, sales or sales management.
  • Possess strong decision-making and data analytics skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business and marketing strategies to achieve business goals in the short- & long-term perspective.
  • Technologically savvy and business oriented.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel Advanced Level), Windows-based applications, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, time management skills, and superior communication skills.
  • Ability to work & collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Creativity & Innovation represented on a challenging environment.
  • Depth knowledge of the client represented as the specialist in how we connect with our customers according to their profiles and needs.
