The role:

The Associate Sales Support works in the Multi Vendor Enterprise Sales Support team. The Multi Vendor teams of SoftwareONE offer best in class purchasing services for software from ~15.000 vendors. The Associate Sales Support will help grow the business and focus on customer handling, efficiency, accuracy and speed of processing. The Associate in the Multi Vendor Sales Support Team assists SoftwareONE’s Local Procurement and Sales Teams. This includes the process cycle from customer data management, price requests, renewal management, order processing etc.

  • Price Requests. Organizes quotes from publishers and suppliers. Helping with licensing queries and providing adequate information. Perform sourcing, liaising with new and existing suppliers to improve business. Maintains the Sales Opportunity
  • Renewal Management. Reviews all upcoming maintenance/subscription renewals in the system to proactively inform internal customers.
  • Deal Registration. Registers deals in the respective systems. Research to find all relevant information required to complete tasks.
  • Item Catalogue. Item creation while maintaining standard as well as customer specific price catalogues with frequently transacted items. This will allow customers to directly purchase products through PyraCloud or to import the price catalogue directly into their eProcurement system. The team also supports with providing information as part of Request for Proposal / Request for Information process.
  • Order Entry. This service includes the processing of end customer orders as well as providing the order confirmation. Orders are received by Email, PyraCloud or through existing B2B integrations to the customer’s eProcurement system.
  • Purchase Order. Purchase Order and Delivery Reminder: Validating customer orders and processing POs with the suppliers, follow up on pending deliveries and provide status updates back to the internal customer.
  • Validating deliveries received from publishers, create contract cards in NAV by updating all relevant information in the defined format and deliver license information to the internal customer.
What we need to see from you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from four year college or university.
  • 0-3 years’ experience in software industry.
  • Proven ability to be hands on within a heavy workload environment.
  • Excellent English written & verbal Skills.
  • Customer focus engagement skills.
  • Willing to go above and beyond.
  • Solid Excel Skills.
  • Solid problem solving.
  • Basis consultative communication skills.
  • Solid analytical and research skills.
  • 2 years of professional experience
